Our approach empowers young people to initiate change now, using their current school community as a training ground for addressing complex global challenges in the future.

Belong Hub offers comprehensive student leadership toolkits and services designed to foster an inclusive and belonging-centered school culture.

The first-semester toolkit includes:

• The Belonging Card Game to establish a safe space, encourage self-reflection, and spark connections between community members.

• The Student Leadership Vision Survey to engage the entire community and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Jobs to Be Done to set goals collaboratively based on community challenges and opportunities.

• How Might We brainstorming sessions to promote problem-solving skills and design community initiatives.

• Setting the Agenda to break down initiatives into achievable team projects with clear roles and timelines

• Town Hall meetings to provide a platform for student action, project management, and community collaboration.

• Team Bonding activities to develop communication skills and foster role alignment and conflict resolution

In-Person or Virtual Training and Guidance:

Mustafa and Rachael lead student leadership retreats, offering full-day or half-day sessions that include training, tools, and ongoing consultation throughout the year.

Belong Hub seeks to connect schools worldwide so they can learn from each other’s successes and encourage each other to seek new solutions.
